My intent for this site is to bring together the wisdom of the old ways and modern technology, with emphasis on weather watching and forecasting. Why? Because I'm a weather nerd. I'm as enthralled with radar and modern weather forecasting models as I am with reading the signs of nature to predict the weather. I don't think it's an either/or — both is perfectly reasonable.
